I’ve been a steam room guy for years—definitely not a sauna guy. It’s always been my happy place, the one thing that truly brings me peace. Having a steam room at home has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I even had a contractor come out to see if he could convert our shower, but he quoted me over $20K. I shelved the idea until I stumbled across Geyser.
At first, I hesitated. The price tag felt like a big commitment, and my wife and I are by no means wealthy. To be honest, I even bought it through Affirm and canceled the order (long story). But eventually, I caved—and let me just say, this has been the best purchase I’ve ever made.
Eitan (Operations Manager) and his team delivered the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—and I was NOT an easy client. I had a vision for what I wanted in our tiny backyard: matching wood benches, custom wall paneling, the works. Instead of making me purchase and outsource everything myself, Eitan called me, offered to custom-build everything in his shop at no extra charge, and then shipped everything straight to my doorstep in California.
I opted for the professional assembly add-on, and Eitan sent someone two hours away because that's who he trusted to do the job right. After it was all installed, I mentioned I wanted to clean up the electrical with a junction box and on/off switch. Eitan didn’t even hesitate—he just said, “No problem, I’ll take care of it.” I honestly thought he was joking… until the parts showed up in my mailbox the very next day.
I could go on, but if you’re anything like me—dreaming of a steam room, but hesitant to pull the trigger—this is your sign. Just do it. You won’t regret it. Not only does it heat up quick and far superior to the gym sauna, Eitan and the Geyser team will go above and beyond to make sure you're thrilled.

"We bought our Geyser Steam room back in May and use it all the time (sometimes twice a day). We typically work out 4 times a week and the Geyser steam room is a great way to speed up muscle recovery. At 48 I am working hard to keep my blood pressure and cholesterol in line. Using the Geyser Steamroom has already helped me see some improvements. My Wife loves the benefits it offers to both her skin and sinuses. We searched for an outside Steamroom for years but could only find Saunas at a reasonable price. We prefer steam over the dry heat a sauna offers and just as we were about to give in a buy the sauna we came across the Geyser Steamroom website. I called and spoke with a representative who was helpful in answering my questions. We made the purchase and the steamroom arrived a few weeks later. As we constructed the unit the representative was once again very helpful in answering our questions to construct the unit properly. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a steamroom at a reasonable price along with a unit that is comfortable for two people but not too bulky for your backyard."

"The entire experience from the initial consultation to the delivery was nothing short of exceptional. The unit works as advertised and my wife and I use it religiously. I would recommend two people to set it up and the YouTube video provides exceptional step by step process. Make sure you do keep track and separate the side panels before you start installation as they are specific for the certain sides. The unit takes about 25 to 30 minutes to get the steam you need and provides an awesome sauna session. We researched many options that were significantly more expensive and we are thrilled with this purchase. Special shout out to Eiton who kept in constant communication with me about delivery times and after installation support. GREAT PRODUCT! Thanks to the entire Geyser team !!"
