We want you to enjoy your new steam room setup worry-free. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and what to do when your order arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide!
If you live outside the continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else abroad), please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm any special requirements or fees.
How do I track my package?
Once we've shipped your unit from our Florida facility, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Order Processing: We carefully build and inspect every steam generator-please allow 10-18 business days for us to prepare your order.
Transit Time (U.S.): After shipping, expect delivery in 2-6 business days, depending on your location.
The orders are shipped via freight. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking information. When the order reaches the local terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Upon Receipt of Package
To make any freight claim quick and easy, please follow these steps before you sign the delivery receipt:
1. Check for Visible Damage
- Inspect every carton for dents, scratches, or punctures.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- If damage is unacceptable, refuse delivery; the carrier will return the shipment to us, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Verify All Pieces
- Open your shipment and count every component.
- If anything is missing, report it within 48 hours by emailing hello@geysersteamroom.com or via our Contact Us page.
- We can't replace missing parts reported after 48 hours, so don't delay!
3. Report Concealed Damage
If you discover damage after delivery (not visible at the door), let us know immediately at hello@geysersteamroom.com or through our Contact Us page.
Refusals
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
