At GeyserSteam, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for returns, refunds, and warranty claims. Please read this policy carefully.
Returns for Refund:
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of the date you received your order if the product is damaged, faulty upon arrival, or does not work as advertised. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be undamaged and include original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
If your return meets our guidelines, we will reimburse you the price of all purchased products. Please note that the cost of shipping, including original shipping charges for items with free shipping promotions, will be deducted from your refund total. Return shipping costs vary by location. Additionally, a 20% re-stocking fee is applicable to return orders. Fees for professional assembly are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Times:
Refunds are issued within 5-15 business days of receiving the returned order. It may take 2 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues, contact us, and we will either fix the problem or provide a replacement. Extend your warranty to 3 years for an additional cost.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours without an additional fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee, and the request must be in writing.
Exchanges are not part of our return policy. Accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment source as per our refund policy. Damaged orders rejected upon delivery will be replaced at no extra cost.
If you return more than $7,500 within a 12-month period, you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if this policy applies to your situation.
