Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GeyserSteam! We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality steam room products and accessories, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you ever need to return an item or make a warranty claim, this policy explains our process in simple steps.

Returns for a Refund

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for one of these reasons:

  • It arrived damaged or defective.
  • It does not perform as advertised.
  • You simply changed your mind.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All manuals, accessories, and parts must be included.
  • For some products like some traditional dry saunas that require heavy assembly process, the product that has been installed or has been used is not returnable. 

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll:

  • Refund the product price to your original payment method.
  • Deduct any original shipping charges (including “free shipping” promotions).
  • Apply a restocking fee of up to 20%, based on the item’s condition.

Return shipping costs vary by location. Email support@geysersteamroom.com with your ZIP code for a quick estimate.

Refund Timeline

We process refunds within 5–15 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it can take another 2–10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All GeyserSteam products include a 1-year warranty. If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost. You can also extend your warranty to 3 years for an additional fee—just ask us!

Cancellations & Final Sale Items

  • Cancel within 24 hours: Up to a 10% processing fee applies.
  • Cancel after 24 hours: 20% fee; must request in writing.
  • Final Sale: Clearance or heavily discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Damaged items that are rejected on delivery will be replaced free of charge.

High-Value Return Policy

If you return more than $9,900 worth of products within 12 months, a special return policy may apply. We’ll reach out if this affects your order.

To get a prepaid return label, just email support@geysersteamroom.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll reply quickly with all the details.
